Service
AI Voice HQ provides AI phone ordering, call handling, order workflow, analytics, and related support services for restaurants. Specific capabilities may vary by restaurant configuration, integration path, and operational requirements.
Restaurant Responsibilities
Restaurants are responsible for providing accurate menu data, pricing, hours, location information, integration access, and operating instructions. Restaurants should review orders and configure staff handoff rules appropriate for their business.
Pricing
$300/month per location includes the first 300 orders each month. Additional orders are 70 cents per order. The first month is free under the current launch offer.
Call Recording
AI Voice HQ plays a call recording notice. Recordings may be retained for 24 months and used for order review, support, monitoring, and service improvement.
Payments
When payment links are used, they are restaurant-branded payment links. AI Voice HQ does not retain PCI card data.
